The school library plays a vital role to update the readers and enable them to become competent and cogent in the 21st Century.
APS Jodhpur Library was established in 1992 since its beginning; the library is continuously growing and enriched with well stock of books, periodicals, educational CD/DVD’s, E-books and reference. At present library have 17882 books, 1043 CD/DVD’s, 75 magazines, 10 news papers, 6 journals and 2200 E-books.
The APS Jodhpur library is fully automated with E-Granthalaya version 4.0 cloud base (by NIC Govt. of India). We have also other facilities like bar-code reader, bar-code printer and library card printing machine for issue and return books.
The school library has set up E-Library with 16 computers where readers are getting various benefits.
In the history of School library, APS Jodhpur library set itself as a milestone for other school’s libraries with respect to the development of Digital Library.The school library uses D Space 6.6 digital library software which is working right now in school premises and ready to go on live 24×7 on internet soon.
We have 25000 books collection in repository include books, reference books, audio-video, periodicals, school publications etc.
The school library provides reprographic services to the readers in colour as well as black & white copy with the help of XEROX Versalink C7020 multi-functional photocopier machine.
